I just released a test version (1.4) of qsxfix:

Changes since the 1.2 release:
Convert frequency in MHz (DD.dddKHz) to KHz (DD,dddKHz)
Convert QSX frequencies of form <freq1>KHz <freq2>KHz
I did the latter format in my own log, so I fixed it.
I don't think this version will break anything, use at your own risk.
