I could use a brief explanation of how to manage QSLing with version 8. In version 7 I knew that QSOs marked with W were worked but no QSL card had been sent. When I sent a QSL card and posted the date in the logbook, the W changed to M. The C meant 'confirmed' and in my log that means 'card in hand'.
In version 8 it's not as clear to me, especially with the additional consideration of LoTW. I need a brief explanation of how the developers of DX4WIN intended the flags to be used and how QSL mailings and LoTW uploads and two types of confirmations can be managed.
