The microHAM devices already have multiple virtual COM Ports.  I use 
DX4WIN and WriteLog together on two different virtual COM ports with one 
radio.

I don't think this is something that Paul should be spending time on. 
It's a hardware issue, HRD should be supporting this, not DX4WIN.
