Yes... no problem. I can't check settings at the moment because I just upgraded the computer and have to order a new low-profile sound card as a second card so I am temporarily using a single card.
I do remember I had a bit of an issue at first... but it was the system mixer settings that were not correct... it's easy to get confused with 2 cards.
