Go to File Awards. You can either subvert the DXCC award by adding 60M or if you want to maintain the integrity of the DXCC report set up the custom award... you could even set it up to track 60M only.
We are still working on obtaining a 60M allocation in Canada... but, dealing with the government, these things take forever!
