I have released version 4.0 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can read more here:

This version supports DX4WIN 8.0x. The rest of the changes are:
Added CO, KS, MO, OH, TN and WA QSO Parties
Added RDA Contest (fills in Custom Award fields)
Added RSGB IOTA
Added SCC RTTY
Added TARA Grid Dip
Broke states out into their own sub-menu (of State QSO Party)
RX_FREQ written to output if found
Corrected URL for Help button
If you find any problems in the program or documentation, let me know.
If you need a conversion added, send me your ADIF file and tell me
what contest it is for, and which logging program produced it.
