I've played around with the release candidate. I'm not getting my boxed copy until October 22. I did get DX4WIN to work, but did not try it with any peripherals or MMTTY (my shack will remain XP for the foreseeable future). I personally would not invest any time/effort in Vista at this point, but would wait for Windows 7. I do understand if it's your only computer and you need to get back on the air.
