I'm trying to fix a problem in the DX4WIN Country file. Has *anyone* received DXCC Credit for YT4AY after 10 May 1993, and was the credit given for Serbia or Bosnia? Don't rely on the award flags in DX4WIN, check your paper records if you have them. DX4WIN counts this as Bosnia (E7/T9) but I really think it should be Serbia, YU as at least one person claims he has received DXCC credit for Serbia for that call. The DXCC desk says:
