I'm using 8.02, but the QSOs were originally logged with earlier

I went back and looked at the spec after I sent the email, and I see 
what you mean, plus the fact that the "I" in D4W is only good, as you 
said, on a per-award basis. I'll talk with the Club Log guys about this, 
but it looks like what I'll need to do is to do a separate ADIF export 
of only those QSOs with the I flag set for DXCC then do a bulk edit on 
those to mark as invalid. The re-upload will replace them in their system.
