Interesting question. I tried with by Brother ink-jet, but I had to fabricate cardboard spacers to make the tray small enough for individial QSL cards... pretty kludgy... it would be a lot easier if you are printing 4 per sheet but that introduces other issues. I found that most printers are NOT adjustable down to the size of QSL cards... that is probably one of the main issues. Also, I have been completely unable to find blank QSL stock at reasonable prices.
I looked at the HP laser printers... and that is probably the way to go (if I find card stock) but beware... the low end printers are not worth it. The cost of toner carts is just too high.
