Karl, first check the following:

1.  In Packet1 prefs, make sure that no spots are being ignored
     (bottom-left).  Also make sure Prefixes/Zones for spotters is
     empty

2.  In Packet3 prefs, make sure all bands/modes you care about
     are enabled.

Next, try logging into this particular CC cluster node:

     N7XG-7>Salem-OR,n7xg.no-ip.org:7300

Once you're in there, you can use the "dxtest" command to spot DX that 
only you will get notified about.  See if you can use this command to 
duplicate and/or narrow down the problem.  Use THAT node, because dxtest 
seems to be broken in the latest release of CC Cluster.
