Hi Paul I have submitted this problem before, and you have implemented the program partly in v. 8.02. But in v. 8.03 you are going one step back, and you have inserted a NEW BUG in the routines.
I need to syncronize the qsl status of some logs by the full ADIF exported files. Example: Every month I receive the adif exported file from the full KH6ZM log (and others). The only way that I know to syncronize the QSL status in both logs (his and mine) is: 1° - Import from the adif, using the option for duplicate qso set to "Imported qso is ignored". So now I have the QSOs of the last month added. (This part was OK in v. 8.02, NOT in v. 8.03). In fact all QSOs added, confirmed "VIA DIRECT" by Max, are imported as "VIA BUREAU" and THIS IS WRONG !! 2° - Then I import from the same adif file, using the option for duplicate qso set to "Import Qso Sets Confirmed Flag", and here I FOUND A NEW BUG. All the QSOs of the full log are marked as confirmed "VIA BUREAU"..... So all QSOs of the log, not only the qso really confirned by qsl. The true behaviour woul be: - For each qso: If the ADIF QSO is CONF/BUREAU and LOG QSO is NOT CONFIRMED Then LOG QSO is changed as CONF/BUREAU If the ADIF QSO is CONF/BUREAU and LOG QSO is also CONF/BUREAU Then NOT ACTION If the ADIF QSO is CONF/DIRECT and LOG QSO is CONF/BUREAU or LOG QSO is NOT CONFIRMED Then LOG QSL is changed as CONF/DIRECT ETC. - The prioriti would be: 1 - Confirmed via direct 2 - Confirmed via Bureau 3 - Not confirmed. Of course also the fields "QSLSDATE" and "QSL_SENT_VIA" would be thansferred through the adif file. 3° - Al last I export my full log updated in adif, and I send it to KH6ZM. He can, at this point, import my adif data using the filter set to "Imported qso sets confirmed flag", having the syncronized copy of our Logs. Max now can know which his cards I have in my hands. Unfortunately this 3rd step is impossible to do because of the improper functionality of the Import/Export routines. Can I have hopes in an implementation of the program in the next v. 8.04 ?? Or someone can give me a trick to obtain the logs syncronization in other way ?? Sorry for the prolixity....
