I have been following the "CW Keying Issue" thread in the archive, but the thread seemed to come to an end on 28 Dec 2009 without a resolution.
I have the same problem here. I am using v8.03, Windows 7, USB to serial converter, COM1, PTT delay 1, DTR = CW keying, RTS = PTT. When I start a CW keyboard message the FT1000MP locks on key down.
