I guess you can add me to the list of people having problems. I just bought a new computer with Windows 7 home premium 64 bit and a Rigblaster duo. Got it hooked up and as soon as I try to send a cw character in dx4win 8.03 it sends a solid carrier. I have to close dx4win to get it to stop.
Going through the Rigblaster's procedure to load drivers for the virtual serial ports into Windows 7, it assigned com ports 3 and 4 with com port 3 set up for ptt and cw keying. I thought maybe this is a conflict and moved the cw keying to virtual com port 4 but this didn't work. It still hangs up. I need to read through the archives of the reflector on this issue. With my old computer, I had been using a parallel port for cw keying with no problems in dx4win 8.03. I also bought a usb to serial adapter cable that I have not hooked up yet. I was going to use it for CAT control of my Yaesu FT-2000.
