Not really. Only the country file has version information it, you can
read how to find out on the web.
If you download and use the UPDATE script to download updates, you'll
have the current files.

The country file is the one that has the most meaningful changes. If you
don't track custom awards, and always connect to the same DX cluster
node via telnet, keeping those databases up-to-date isn't important.
