In 4.6 I made this change to fix a problem I introduced in 4.4:

Don't write sent serial number (SerNr=) to "Notes for this QSO"
field if contest does not use serial numbers
Thinking about it some more, this fix will not work for Win-Test users
who are outside the USA, and who work stations outside the USA.
Win-Test puts the sender's CQ zone in the "STX" field and the received
CQ zone in the "SRX" field. This fools the conversion into thinking
that those are sent and received serial numbers.
My quick fix wasn't good enough, I'll improve this in the next version.
