Hello Bill first of all go to file>preferences>packet1 tab to see if you have chosen type=regular and COM port=tcp/ip if not choose it if yes, your packet window is somewhere outside your screen. You must play with "Leave all windows in original position" in screen tab (uncheck, save, check, etc. until you see the packet window). 73 Kostas sv1dpi
