LoTW has "Saint" rather than St. for all of the counties. There's also
errors like "St. Mary's" showing as "Saint Marys", etc.
I'm in the process of updating the LoTW configuration file to allow
LoTW to check the zone values entered for locations, so I could make
this fix at the same time.
I don't understand why the LoTW developers made this mistake, however.
Fixing it in LoTW means that already submitted logs with "Saint Marys"
won't match new logs with "St. Mary's". So what's the right solution?
Updating the LoTW counties to use the correct county names?
