When I import ILQSO Party contacts that are with a county-line operation, the times have to be a minute different or DX4WIN considers them dupes. Anyway that's how it works for me. I just import the NA contest log to a new DX4WIN log (after running it through the AD1C county-conversion program of course), fix the times as needed, and merge with the master log.
