I updated the DX4WIN Master Callsign database, derived from the latest
Super Check Partial database maintained by Bob Raymond, WA1Z:

Please read the installation instructions on the web page, or you can
use the update script. You may need a different version of the database
depending on which version of DX4WIN you are running:

The master callsign database is based on data from 3 March 2010 and
contains 43,014 calls of active contesters and DXers.
