Log the QSO as you wish; it's a digital mode, which is all that matters. TQSL allows you to add custom ADIF modes. (TQSL File/Preferences/ADIF Modes). My "unofficial" version of the TQSL software has the current ADIF mode map, which includes QPSK31 (mapped to DATA).
