I can not get the K3 (RS232) to interface to Version 7.02.15. I can get th e K3 to interface on another program I have been testing. The 2nd program NOT running when I try to interface the K3 to D X4WIN. I tried the TS-2000 as the selected radio which I am told should allow interface. Same COM port for both programs.
I am not looking at radio control from computer, just BAND/MODE display selected on the K3 (for now). After I get the K3 interface (RS232) working I want then to add a TS-2000 (mainly VHF) as a 2nd radio. ( I need to add a card to gain additional serial ports.) And yes, the other program is a challange, which I do not really need. Every program has its GOOD and BAD points. I will be upgradingDX4WIN. BUT FIRST, the K3 issue.
