I use SyncBackSE. There is a very useful free version. You can upgrade to a more complete version for a nominal charge which is what I use. It has features such as backing up open files and backing up to FTP servers which you probably don't need. http://2brightsparks.com/
I'm sure there are others. HP/Compaq machines incude a backup utility and the current version of Winzip does too. To do a very basic backup you can use the tools that come with Windows.
