I worked TX5TES on 17 meters at 0014z 14/7/10. DX4WIN does not have a prefix or country listed for this call. QRZ says it is Yves, F6CTL, on Tatakoto Is. in the Tuamotu Archiplelago, IOTA OC0066.
What is the prefix to use for this call and what DXCC name do I use ? TX in the prefix window does nothing to identify the country it is in. I am not a IOTA chaser.
