Yes! You still have to sign and upload the exported ADIF file as you
do now, but as to exporting all the "new" QSOs to an ADIF file, yes,
that's very easy. Look at the 2nd screen shot at:

Assuming your preferences are set up correctly to automatically mark
each new QSO for LoTW export, then you use this menu in the QSO
window:
LoTW | Export for LoTW
It sets the LoTW Upload Date and clears the LoTW [upload] flag for
those QSOs. Repeat process after adding more QSOs.
