Here's an exercise you can do to help with the country file: First, make sure that in your QSO Preferences, set callsign searching to "substring"
Now using F8, search for "UA" in the Prefix field, and '/' (without the quotes) in the Callsign field. Review the QSOs to see if the country "makes sense". I.e. UA3ABC/9 which DX4WIN says is UA really should be UA9 Now do a similar search, except put "UA9" in the prefix field. Review again, for example "RW0IW/3" which DX4WIn says is UA9 really should be UA. Please send me the call and the date of any such QSOs you find, and I can add them to the country file. If you know the Oblast or CQ zone, that is helpful as well (mostly applies to calls that should be in UA9).
