I've uploaded the release notes for DX4WIN.CTY #85:

This release includes a "best guess" regarding possible new entities
as a result of the breakup of the Netherlands Antilles effective 10
October 2010. When the ARRL announces official information, I will
update the country file as soon as possible. Just work all the PJ's
you hear starting on that date, and when the correct country file is
released, they will all be credited to the correct entity.
I plan to release the country file sometime this weekend, October 2/3.
So if you want any additions or corrections, please let me know
before then.
