Please wait until the ARRL makes an official announcement and I have published a new country file (which could happen this week). The reason is that ARRL has NOT announced official ADIF country IDs, and if you try to upload your contacts, LoTW may think they are the wrong DXCC entity (I had to make up numbers to satisfy DX4WIN).
