They are stored in the "adif.pmp" file in the IMPORT directory. The
prefix in the adif.pmp file must match EXACTLY the primary prefix for
the DXCC entity (the one that shows up in the Prefix field in the QSO
window).  I am still waiting for hose numbers to be announced.

When you update, you will have to get both DX4WIN.CTY and ADIF.PMP.
It wasn't so important last time, because I made up the numbers, but
it WILL be important the next time, so that exports and imports
to/from LoTW and eQSL work properly.
