Are you have having problems with spot colors? For example, you work PJ2 on 20 CW and another one is spotted on 20 meters, and it comes up as if it's an all-time new one (black on yellow). Check the PACKET1 tab of your preferences. At the bottom, look for a check box called "Alert unconfirmed country". If this is checked, then your spots will all come up that way (needed all time), until, of course, that entity is CONFIRMED on that band/mode combination. Uncheck this box, and the spots will follow the "normal" yellow/blue/red coloring.
