This question may be more of a Windows7 question...
I have dxwin v407 (yes, I know that's old!) installed on a new Win7/64 machine. It was working fine, when I attempted to update the cty file. I copied the new cty file into the save directory. Now, if I run dx4win not as an administrator, I get the OLD cty file. If I run as administrator, I get the new one. I've tried to delete all old copies of the cty file, but somehow it still finds an old version when not running as administrator. Anyone know what's going on here?
