It seems that way.

What *entity* do the various PJs come up as?

The old ones are:

  PJ2/D - Netherlands Antilles
PJ7/D - St. Maarten, Saba, St. Eustatius

The new ones are:

  PJ2 - Curacao
PJ4 - Bonaire (used to count for PJ2/D)
PJ5/PJ6 - St. Eustatius & Saba (used to count for PJ7/D)
  PJ7 - St. Maarten

If you do a current DXCC listing (not including deleted), you should
only see only the four new PJ2-PJ7 entities. If you include deleted,
you'll *also* see the PJ2/D and PJ7D entities. There should be NO
overlap, the old ones stopped being current on 10/11/10, the new ones
became current on that date.

Did you over-write your existing country file or merge? If merge, did
you do it as specified on the Country Files web page?

When you try to enter the call VERSION, what date shows up in the QSL
manager field?
