Hi When foreign operators operate in China, they have to give their callsign first, followed by the callsign of the club station they use. So it is indeed China, and yes, you may just change the country to BY in the prefix box. This is sort of an exception to the general rule that says that the begining of the call is always the entity from which the QSL takes place. Americans operating in Canada often use 5 I think they have to do it this way) W1XYZ/VE3 while they theoritically should sign VE3/W1XYZ.
