Read the original question....(below) DX4WIN uses an 'LPT' port to switch between radios.
All the USB to serial or LPT converters won't help.. Milan doesn't have an LPT port on his computer.. This is DX4WIN problem (?) of only switching between radios using an LPT port internal to the program.... 73, Art W6KY www.w6ky.com ............................................. Hi all, My Asus NB with Windows 7 has no LPT port, no COM port, only USB. Iam using USB to serial convertors for drive my radios (Yaesu, Kenwood), rotator and for CW keying. I need Radio 1/2 signal for CW keying. DX4WIN 8.04 generates this signal only via LPT ports. I have no LPT port in my NB. How can I get Radio 1/2 signal for CW keying? 73, Milan, OK7GU ______________________________________________________________ Dx4win mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Dx4win mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
