I finally figured out I don't have a "CW" window in DX4WIN. Because I'm using the PK900 as a dumb terminal in DX4WIN, it always is in "RTTY immediate mode". I have to type in "morse" in the command prompt to change CW and type "baudot" to go to RTTY. I looked in the PK900 parameters and found if I type in "MSPEED" at the cmd prompt that will change the CW speed. Sometime my brain functions pretty good <grin>. Thanks for all the replies - Happy Holidays!
