I updated the DX4WIN Master Callsign database, derived from the latest
Super Check Partial database maintained by Bob Raymond, WA1Z:

Please read the installation instructions on the web page, or you can
use the update script:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.htm
You may need a different version of the database depending on which
version of DX4WIN you are running.
The master callsign database is based on data from 22 November 2010 and
contains 40,755 calls of active contesters and DXers.
