You don't even need to make a selection filter if you remember the last date you uploaded.
Say last time you uploaded QSOs from 23-Feb-2010 to 7-Jul-2010. Now you want to do the rest. In your Prefs, make sure Searching | QSO Date is set to "Greater than or Equal". Now use F8 and enter 07/07/2010 in the Date field. File | Import/Export, select ADIF format, then File | Export. DX4WIN will ask if you want to use the current filter. Answer Yes. This will export all QSOs in ADIF format from 07/07/2010 to present date. You can keep the same filter active and use multiple QSO operations (or QSL menu) to set the LoTW Upload Date for all those QSOs, and clear the upload flags.
