Upload and download to eQSL and LotW is pretty easy, but is a manual process. This can be advantageous. In the past, when eQSL or LotW sites made changes the other programs broke but DX4Win didn't. Frankly, I think most of us are happy with the present arrangement because if Paul, the author, ever "retires" from supporting DX4Win, it doesn't require constant tweaking of code to stay in sync with site changes. However, when I was using Logic I would upload daily. Now, because it takes a few minutes (perhaps 10 minutes to do LotW and eQSL), I do it about once a month which is actually sufficient.
Re QRZ subscribed service, as you can set the URL on DX4Win you can probably format the URL with your credentials to do your call lookups. Someone who has a subscription can help, but I really don't like DX4Win's lookup facility... too slow except with an internal RAC DB which I use. It's still the most complete listing. I prefer to run Pathfinder, a free utility from DXLabs simultaneously. It's not "linked" to DX4win though, you must enter the callsign. You should understand that DX4Win is a specialized program. It has the advantages of being lightweight (runs on old machines) fast and the absolute best for tracking awards but it is not the best general purpose logger it is definitely optimized for DX award chasing. For general, feature rich, logging consider Logic (expensive) or DXlabs Suite(free). Both do everything but have a much bigger footprint on your computer and are considerably slower.
