Hello, Why is it that the RTTY control panel in DX4WIN will not stay on top of the typing window. The control panel puts itself down when I tune my transceiver from one freq. to another or type in the typing window. The only way I can get the control panel back on the desk top is to click on the RTTY control panel in the task bar.
