Once in the needed listing; you can clearly see which countries are worked
only (W=worked; L=Labelled; M=Mailed)

In that report, if you double click on the entity/ band or mode, all QSO's
with that country are listed, so you know who you have to target !!

I don't think that DX4WIN works that way.  The Needed listing is your best
shot.
