This process may be different depending on what you have set for Preferences/Personal/User Level. I have mine set to Advanced - I dont have to close my log to follow Paul's procedure and I can edit the QSL Manager directly in the QSL Manager's window. As he says, it updates automatically in the log.

There you delete your wrong entry. Save changes, open your log again, select the QSO and now you can enter the right manager.
