Can somebody stateside or a ARRL member please indicate to me where I can find some instructions how to get LoTW set up for WAS and, I suppose, VUCC will be the same? I have been using LoTW for DXCC, uploading and downloading via DX4Win for a couple of years without difficulty, but recently I set up a WAS account and cannot get it to work nor can I find any instructions. I thought I had set up a list by ticking "callsign" in the "rule" box but nothing happened.
