Jim, Did I bust their call? I worked CE9/PA3EXX (not CE3) on 11 JAN on SA031 and on SA097 on 16 JAN. I checked DX SUMMIT and based on the number of posts both IOTA's were using CE9/PA3EXX. But since the IOTA's are SA- and not AN- it would seem they on CE soil. The IOTA website shows both SA031 and SA097 as DXCC=CE. 73
