I have uploaded version 3.1 of the utility to compare your DX4WIN DXCC
credits with ARRL Logbook of the World:

This version fixes some bugs introduced my lack of consideration of the
IMG (image) mode and the 60m (5 MHz) band. It also is a half-step
towards working with the new PJ entities. I'm still waiting for ARRL to
add them to the report so I can complete this.
