Jim, I think the issue is that the "Submitted" flags which were erroneously set a few weeks ago have not been cleared.
So I go to "Reports>Award Flags>Clear submitted" and I do this for mixed then band then mode. So after doing all of this I do a "Reports>Listing" and there are still multiple "S" flags showing up. So the "Clear Submitted" doesn't seem to be working. The JA on 10 SSB should have both DXCC Band and DXCC Mode set to "Checked" (awarded). The JA on 80 CW should also have both DXCC Band and DXCC Mode set to "Checked".
