Jim, sorry I didnt explain it well. Will try here. I just use the LOTW , so I download the file from HB9BZA web page. Then I put it in the DX4WIN directory. Then I right-click on the Dx Spots window and click on Membership List. Then I CLEAR members list. Then I type a L in the Id window, and click on Add to Members list. Click on the lotw1.txt file in Dx4WIN and it comes up as 38841 Added, 860 Ignored.
I have been doing this exactly the same way since the feature was added without any problems.
