First, in Preferences, QSO tab, in the Searching box, set the Date to "Range".

F8, enter starting and ending dates, then set Cfmd = N.  Now ENTER to search.

There should be an operation under "QSL" in the QSO window (or
multiple QSO operations) to clear the label flags.  I can't say
exactly where because I don't have 5.03 running anymore.
