I have seen the second the second one.  I could  NOT duplicate the
first one.  When you say, "all the equipment change the frequency"
what equipment do you mean?  Guy and I both did transmitting tests
(his 7800 and my 7600) and at NO time the 2nd VFO ever transmit, even
when DX4WIN was polling the radio.
