Recognizes CQ Zone in SRX field in Win-Test
Added missing RST for Makrothen RTTY
If you had used a previous version of this program to convert and
import a Makrothen RTTY log, please check those QSOs in your logbook.
If the RST has been set to 0, then these QSOs won't count towards
awards in DX4WIN. I found the problem in my own log! Fortunately, I
only had a dozen QSOs to fix.
