Dusty, It might be that your award setup does not have the LoTW box checked. In this case only paper QSLs would show.
On the pull down menus go to "File->Awards" Go to the DXCC pane. In the upper left box see that LoTW is checked. Do this also for the WAS pane. I think the default has them set to off but not sure.
